Rescue Company Runs One Trapped

During the early morning hours Rescue 1 was alerted for a auto accident reported overturned with possible entrapment in the area of 145 mile marker on interstate 95. Engine 9 arrived first to find one vehicle on its roof with one trapped and stabilized the vehicle with Quantico Rescue Engine 533. The ODC arrived next and established the "I-95 Command". Rescue 1 then arrived and completed a side removal on the driver side while Engine 9 also completed a side removal on the passenger side. Rescue 1 operated on scene for approximately 30 minutes before returning to service.
