At 13:55 Hours, Falmouth Volunteers were alerted by Stafford ECC for an auto crash overturned with one person trapped on I95 North at the 136 MM. Quint-12 arrived first to find an SUV on its side with one occupant still inside the vehicle, establishing the "I95 Command", and providing an effect block for the work area and the Rescue Company.

Rescue-1 and Engine-2 arrived in parade with Chief-1, BC-1, and M-10. Chief-1 did a face to face and relieved Quint-12's Officer of command duties while crews stabilized the vehicle utilizing the Paratech Struts and the Rescues front bumper winch. Wagon-2 deployed a handline for protection. Once the vehicle was stabilized, the patient was removed from the vehicle through the windshield opening. The patient in the other vehicle involved denied injury or medical services. The patient was packaged and loaded into M-11 for transport to a local medical facility. Units cleared the interstate by 14:17 hours.
