Around 21:00 hours, a technical rescue assignment was dispatched to Hopkins Street in Downtown Falmouth sending Engine and Rescue 1. Once communications obtained more information it was determined to be Hopkins Branch Way in Berea. Units had to make the quick adjustment to the assignment as it was upgraded to a House Fire. First arriving Battalion 1 arrived and found a 2 story wood frame singe family home leveled from an apparent explosion.

With there being no fire, E-1 went ready with Asst Chief and Rescue 1 continuing. The units assessed the structure and performed atmospheric monitoring for the next few hours awaiting a search K-9. Once the house was cleared, units took up and returned home around 01:15 hours.
