| At 07:22 hours Fredericksburg E.C.C. alerted Rescue 1 to an accident with a subject trapped on I-95 Northbound at the 132.7 mile marker. Fredericksburg Engine 2 arrived first and confirmed they had 1 S.U.V. on its side with a person still inside. Rescue 1 arrived and began stabilizing the vehicle with the PARATECH Rescue Struts. Due to the large opening in the rear of the vehicle crews chose to not perform any extrication and removed the patient through the rear hatch. The patient was packaged and transported to Mary Washington Hospital with minor injuries. Falmouth units cleared at 08:08 hours. |
