| For the third year in a row the men from Kentland V.F.D. in Prince Georges County, Maryland traveled the 75 miles South to provide coverage for our Annual Banquet. The 7 fireman arrived at 17:00 hours and were given the "crash course" on everything from the radios to M.D.T.'s to mapbooks. There were some minor incidents of not knowing where the first-due ends but they did an excellent job on the 4 calls for service they took in.
So as always the Officers and Members of the Falmouth V.F.D. would like to thank the Kentland V.F.D. for their support. It shows that no matter where you are from the "brotherhood" in the fire service is alive and well. |
