Around 1900 Hours, Stafford E.C.C. dispatched a fire in a townhouse at 1 Oak Drive in Company 2's first due. Company 2 units arrived to find a two story wood frame townhouse with fire showing from the Alpha side. Chief 2 established "Oak Drive Command". District 1 arrived shortly after and command was transferred from Chief 2 who lead the Division 2 efforts. Command quickly signaled a second alarm.
Wagon and Truck 2 quickly put a stop to the fire and held it to the room of origin. Rescue 1 assisted with searches which proved negative. Wagon 1 arrived and assumed the RIT duties. The incident was brought under control and Command scaled the incident down to Company 2 units and Engine 10.
