At 15:55 hours, Stafford E.C.C. received numerous calls of a truck that had overturned in the area of Enon Road and Jefferson Davis Highway. The County Fire Chief arrived on scene and established the "Enon Road Command" and confirmed one trapped. Wagon 2 arrived next and started the stabilization and extrication process. Company 1's units arrived next with Chief 1 handling the "Extrication Group", Rescue 1 assisting Wagon 2, and Wagon 1 pulling the protection line. Wagon 4 handled the "EMS Group" with the 3 medic units. The patient was removed from the truck in under 10 minutes. Command was terminated and Chief 1 and Rescue 1 cleared for a reported commercial fire in the CVS on Chatham Heights Road, which turned out to be a smoking outlet.
