With a training room full of students attending a NIMS 300 training course; Falmouth Volunteers hosted a cold water inservice drill for Falmouth and Berea Units from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. in the Argyle Heights Subdivision.
The training covered methods to access patients on ice and through cold water, treatment of patients exposed to the cold, and victim removal with the use of an aerial device. The training was conducted without any interuption and was beneficial to all involved. Special thanks to the homeowners in Argyle for the use of their lake.
