At 04:28 hours the Rescue Company was alerted for a residential fire at 3237 Titanic Drive in Aquia Harbour Subdivision. Stafford E.C.C. advised that there were multiple reports of a fully involved house at the dispatched location. Engine 9 was first to arrive and found a two story single family with fire showing from all sides and began extinguishing efforts. Chief 2 arrived next, established the "Titanic Drive Command" and advised crews that it was going to be a exterior operation due to the large volume of fire on arrival. Engine 2 picked up Engine 9's water and advanced a second handline. After the fire was knocked down Rescue 1 arrived and was assigned to gain access into the two garage doors. Rescue 1's crew the began the task and quickly completed while Quantico Truck 533 used the ladder pipe to finish extinguishing any fire that was visible. Once overhaul operations began Rescue 1 opened up as many areas as possible and also checked for any extention in the Bravo and Delta exposures. Falmouth Volunteers were returned to service in 3 hours.
