Shortly after The Falmouth Volunteers returned to service from the extrication on the Interstate. Rescue 1 was then alerted for a residential fire at 31 Bloomington Lane in the Stonebridge at Widewater Subdivision. Callers reported there was fire showing from the roof. Quantico Engine 533 was first to arrive to find a two story woodframe home with fire through the roof and advanced a line through side alpha. Tanker 3 arrived second and secured Engine 533's water supply. Engine 9 advanced a back up line through side Alpha upon their arrival. Rescue Engine 2 arrived third and was assigned the Charlie division. Once on scene Rescue 1 was assigned to complete a primary search of the first and second floor which proved negative. Rescue 1 operated on scene for a hour before returning to service.
